Continue your celebration of the USA with the very American melting pot of global cuisine at Abbot Kinney First Friday!

Joining your favorite trucks serving food from South America, France, Vietnam, Thailand, Greece, and more, our newcomers on the Blvd this month are representing the delicious menus of Germany, Korea, India and — Nashville.

Paratta offers the pure taste and exotic aura of the South Asian subcontinent. Their name comes from the flaky, buttery paratha (flatbread) that they use to wrap all their rolls. Using only the freshest of ingredients, dishes include lachha parathas, always made by hand using organic ghee; colorful slaw and chutney prepared daily the authentic way; and roll fillings made with 100% grass-fed wagyu beef, hand-cut chicken or local paneer and always marinated and smoked for 24 hours and then live grilled in the truck.

And for the meat-lovers, we’re welcoming the German Yum Truck, where you can grab a delicious Döner Kebab (Chicken or Beef’N’Lamb) meal featuring high-quality meat, flavorful veggies and homemade sauces. They also serve up Currywurst, Bratwurst, and countless Döner combinations, most with less than 550 calories.
