It's that lovin' time of year again! You'll find a vast array of unique gifts for your Valentine on the Blvd, so why not shop during First Friday? You can visit some of those food trucks you've been wanting to try... and what better excuse to try some sweets! (It's research, bae, I'm shopping for your Valentine chocolates...)

Okay...so, let's concentrate on dessert. This month for First Friday, you can choose from several outstanding ways to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ridges Churros is all about the crispy and delicious churro, but not just the ordinary cinnamon sugar flavor everyone is familiar with. They've elevated the pastry stick to a whole other level with a line of irresistible flavors that will make you drool. They also pair up crispy churro creations with ice cream for just a perfect combination: crispy, sweet and delicious.

Dreamy Creations creates all kinds of wonderful in cupcakes - baking fresh every day. And it's the best kind of bad: They use organic unbleached flour, free range eggs, locally sourced hormone free dairy, local seasonal fruit and the best Madagascar bourbon vanilla.

Frach's Fried Ice Cream is serving, yup, who knew it was possible, Fried Ice Cream. In unusual and enticing combinations like their Lotus Flower that's made with Lemon Poppyseed Ice Cream in a Blueberry Cake Shell with Crispy Tempura, topped with fresh Raspberry Sauce.

Crepes Bonaparte recreates the experience of enjoying French crepes on the streets of Paris, France with made to order savory and dessert style crepes, including their signature HazelBerryAna® made with fresh strawberries, sliced banana, and Nutella topped with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle.

The Pudding Truck brings the decadent goodness of old-school American stove top pudding to the streets. Love Bird serves crispy, tender, delicious fried chicken sandwiches. Lovingly crafted using pickle brined, buttermilk dipped, flour battered, fried, and seasoned chicken paired with freshly made slaws and sauces. Awesome-sauce, right?
