Urbanic, a stationery brand and retail boutique located in the heart of Venice, is looking to hire an assistant manager that can help run and oversee two locations: Venice & Playa Vista.
We are seeking someone who is organized, hardworking and passionate about good design and strong brands. Creativity is also a plus. Must have team leadership skills and some type of management experience and / or project management experience and a natural talent and drive to increase sales.
If you thrive in a retail environment, are stellar at merchandising, great with people, leading teams, love the creative process and are sales & goal driven - you might just be the treasure that we're looking for. You will be co-handling the interworking of the staff, and daily productivity. With the role of Full-Time Assistant Manager, you would be entitled to 1 week of paid vacation per year, plus employee perks as goals are met.
